●JF-B series C-type fin press line is specially intended for meeting the requirements for the production of air conditioner fins.

● The main components are: aluminum foil unwinding device, aluminum foil lubrication device, high-speed precision press,pulling mechanism, single and double jump device, fin collecting device, waste collecting device, electrical system,pneumatic system and so on. 

● The main machine slider is an eight-sided copper guide rail with a static pressure guide structure, and the crankshaft is driven by copper tiles.

● The main engine is equipped with hydraulic overload protection and modular high electric adjustment device.

● PLC electrical centralized control system.  

● Production lines of special specifica-tions can be made subject to the user's requirements.
