Fin punching machines require a lot of safety operating specifications when we use them. Today we will introduce them in detail.

1. The operator must be familiar with the structure and performance of the machine tool. Non-approved or designated personnel are not allowed to operate this equipment. 

2. Before working, you must check whether the oil volume of the centralized lubrication station and the lubrication points are sufficient, and add oil according to regulations.

3. Before starting the machine, the mold must be maintained and inspected to ensure that the mold is installed correctly, without abnormalities, and safe and reliable before the machine can be tested. 

4. Before starting stamping, check the protector, air pressure gauge, etc., and confirm that everything is normal before slow stamping test.

5. During operation, the number of strokes should be controlled between 60 and 150 times per minute; it is strictly forbidden to run at overspeed, and to suddenly increase or decrease the speed, and try to avoid frequent jog operations.

6. If you need to maintain, debug or repair the machine tool or mold, you must press the emergency stop button and confirm that it is safe. 

7. During operation, it is strictly forbidden to have hard objects enter the stamping range of the mold; tools and other floating objects are not allowed to be placed on the mold surface or material surface.

8. When stopping, it is strictly forbidden to leave the slider or mold at the bottom dead center to prevent the mold from getting stuck. The slider should be lifted to the top dead center....

9. During operation, pay attention to the air-blowing forced chip removal device of the equipment. If the device fails or the air pressure is insufficient, it is prohibited to operate. 

10. During the work process, pay attention to the operation of the equipment and molds. The machine must be shut down after the work is completed or temporarily left; if an abnormality or failure is found, it must be shut down in time for maintenance or report to the competent department for handling. 

11. After the work is completed, the power supply and air source must be cut off; clean the site, wipe the machine tool, and keep it clean.
